Registering to vote has never been easier or more convenient.  You can register online or you can download a registration form and register through the mail.  Visit and choose "Register to Vote." 

If you choose, you may also register in person.  The Village Clerk's Office can process your voter registration (including changes) Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  If possible, bring two forms of identification, one with your current address.

Early voting days/times at the Hoffman Estates Village Hall for the November 2014 election:

  • Monday, October 20 - Saturday October 25, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 26 - 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Monday, October 27 - Friday October 31, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 1, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Sunday, November 2, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Monday, November 3, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

VOTE BY MAIL (also known as absentee voting):

Any registered suburban Cook County voter may request a mail ballot using the online application found at or, if you choose, call our office and we will mail you an application.  Please note, this form is an application for a ballot to be mailed to you, not a ballot.  The last date to request a mail ballot for the November election is October 30, 2014.
