The Draft Comprehensive Bicycle Plan is available for review and comment. We are accepting comments on the plan through March 31, 2010, at bikes@hoffmanestates.org. The recently formed Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) is overseeing the development of this plan. The plan includes maps of existing and potential on street facilities, an evaluation of the Bike Level of Service (Bike LOS) for on street candidates, off-street facilities, as well as sections on education, enforcement, encouragement, funding, and coordination.
