Business/General Premise License Categories:
Applicants for Business or General Premise licenses are responsible for downloading and reviewing the Commercial Waste & Recycling Information, Occupancy Update Form and the False Alarm Ordinance.

Home Based Businesses: please click here to review our Municipal Code 8-11-4 to determine if your home business is allowed. If applicable, click here to download the application for Home Based Businesses. The fee is $25.00 per year.
Raffle: for all raffles conducted in the Village (nonprofit organizations only). Click
here to download the raffle application and Municipal Code regarding raffles (aka "lotteries"). Raffle license fee is $1.

License applications for liquor, temporary vendors, solicitors and concerts cannot be obtained from this page.
